As you know, I coach a high school swim team.  We had a late practice yesterday, and I got an amazing picture...with my cell phone.  This is how I remember the best practices ever as a swimmer.  Arizona is the best place to live...EVER!!  Until next time....Bye!

Everyone is making a big deal that this track chick might have to take a gender test!!  I was shocked she didn't have to already.  When I was in the Olympics, every female had to.  I still have my card...check it out.  It's official...I'm a card carrying member of the female gender!!

Today Bryan Allen asked what the rock sitting on my desk was.  It is the self defender 5000.  Mark Jeffery, from traffic, gave it to me in case Chris or AJ start giving me a hard time, and I need to defend myself.  Here is what it looks like...it's big and heavy!!

I would like to preface this by saying that Carl Lewis is not only a friend of mine..but one of the greatest Olympic athletes EVER!!  I am sad to say...he throws like a girl.  Don't believe me?  Watch for yourself!!!

I remember as an kid falling in love with Michael Jackson!!  I wrote to him, and had every record he ever recorded.  I had my school notebook covered with pictures of him.  He was everything to me when I was 11-12.  I went to his concert, and cried like a baby!!  What an amazing performer.  

MTV was having a special...Michael Jackson's "Thriller" video.  I stayed up so late to see it.  I remember my parents knowing how much it meant to me, so they let me stay up until it was over...not that they could stop me.  I was so tired, I fought to stay awake.  Then, there it was...the most amazing video ever created!!  To this day, I don't think anyone has come close to this video.  I hope you enjoy watching it.  Michael Jackson..you will be missed dearly.  You made such an impact on me, and almost every person who enjoys music.  Rest in peace...you may be gone, but you will NEVER be forgotten!!!

Ok Amy, here's a question for you -
I live in a cul-de-sac which is a great place for all the kids to play, & I just love playing kick ball & throwing football with them. Unfortunately my neighbors right across from us in the cul-de-sac are going thru a divorce & they both come to me for advice... Must be my ripe young age... I gave them a copy of the movie "Fire Proof", helped him but she already had her mind made up...she met up with her high school sweetheart on face book... They have 3 beautiful girls 4, 5 & 7. I keep telling them that they need to think about the girls first and not use them against each other. I've told them both that I care most about the girls and if they can't get along & they fight in front of the kids, they could really screw them up...Did I get myself caught in the middle & if so how do I get my self out...

I tried to call and it was busy. I wanted so much for you to hear my thoughts on your question about today......

Your hubby should get tested in a sleep lab. It's great that he is cuddling, but not only is he waking you up, I'll venture to guess he is waking his own body (his heart and his brain) uo each time he twitches. One night in a sleep lab abd they would be able to give him some suggestions on what is going on with his body. Then you two can cuddle together until the ripe age of 95!!
